Elizabeth is Operations Coordinator for our USAID Feed the Future Knowledge, Data, Learning, and Training (KDLT) project and event logistics, among other things.
Originally from Hamburg, Penn., Elizabeth attended Pennsylvania State University Berks College, where she received her B.A. in global studies with a minor in political science. She went on to get her master's degree in international affairs with concentrations in Human Rights and Latin American Studies from Penn State’s School of International Affairs. Before joining Bixal, Elizabeth completed internships at nonprofit organizations in Chile and Argentina. Both organizations worked to provide better access to education and nutritional programs to children living in poverty. Away from work, Elizabeth enjoys exploring Washington, D.C., and listening to Broadway musicals and film scores. She also loves to travel and has hiked a glacier in Patagonia.
