Erika currently leads Bixal’s operational initiatives that promote cross-functional collaboration and use data to support knowledge sharing and decision-making.
Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, Erika received a bachelor’s degree in multinational business operations as well a master’s in integrated marketing and management communication, both from Florida State University. She also received a master’s in user-centered design from Brandeis University and an Executive MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to joining the Bixal team, Erika led digital strategy, operations, customer experience and change-management initiatives in the life sciences, retail and technology industries. Outside of work, she serves as an advisory board member of the Florida State University Center for Hispanic Marketing Communication. Erika also enjoys reading, traveling, dancing, swimming and listening to Gloria Estefan.
