Harveen Singh

Harveen operates as the subject matter expert in all things related to sourcing. She manages the full life cycle of the recruiting process from initial discussions and intakes through the offer and onboarding process. She works with hiring managers, project managers and proposal managers to build job descriptions consistent with Bixal’s best practice standards and leads the creation of recruiting and interviewing plans for all open positions.

Harveen is from Ashburn, Va., and she earned a Bachelor of Arts in global affairs and a Master of Arts in international commerce and policy from George Mason University. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in business administration with a specialization in human resources at Capella University. Prior to joining Bixal, Harveen worked with the faculty support team at a management institute as a support specialist and in talent acquisition. She provided support with the onboarding process for new hires and existing faculty while assisting with the recruitment efforts for new talent. Outside of work, Harveen enjoys traveling, baking, watching Netflix, hiking and spending time with family and friends. She is passionate about helping those who are less fortunate and volunteers by preparing meals for the homeless.
