Hope is the results lead for engagement, learning and applied knowledge on the Designing Effective eVidence-Based Engagement and Learning for Organizational Performance (DEVELOP) project, which focuses on strengthening the outreach efforts of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Center for Education.
Hope is from Arlington, Virginia. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, and a master’s degree in philanthropy, media and nonprofit management from Suffolk University. She also holds a variety of certificates in leadership from the Federal Executive Institute. Prior to joining the Bixal team, she worked in the fields of communications, marketing, branding, project management and strategic planning, and oversaw the outreach and education programs for the Harvard School of Public Health, USAID, National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the United Nations. Outside of work, Hope volunteers for the Holiday Project and the local parent teacher association, and enjoys taking walks with her dog, playing board games with her family and having conversations about international affairs.
