Jennifer is a training specialist working on developing training resources and courses for the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Office of Audit, Management and Assessment. Jennifer provides instructional design, knowledge management, program evaluation and facilitation support for DOJ’s grant management programs.
Prior to joining Bixal, Jennifer served as an educational researcher for federal and nonprofit organizations. She developed logic models and led program evaluations for the U.S. Department of Education and higher education institutions. Besides her research background, Jennifer has experience developing, managing and implementing curriculum for large-scale training initiatives. Jennifer has a master’s degree in education psychology from Howard University, a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hampton University, and a certification in CITI, a requirement for human subject research. A native of Richmond, Va., Jennifer enjoys traveling, visiting museums and listening to live music.
