Jeremy works as a program manager for the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency’s (DEA’s) website, DEA.gov. He is a certified project management professional, Scrum master, Scrum product owner, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Scaled Agile Framework agilist and a certified information security manager.
Before joining Bixal, Jeremy worked in the private sector doing web application and Agile project management for a major bank and a utilities company. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in biology and a Master of Science in information systems management from Virginia Commonwealth University. Originally from Long Island, New York, Jeremy enjoys entertaining his three children, playing bass and guitar, karaoke and robotics. Jeremy once anonymously sponsored a college student for “Change the World RVA,” an organization that supports homeless/high-risk students to complete their education. He is passionate about educational equality and quality, supporting children with mental disabilities and civil and human rights. Jeremy once traveled across England as a soloist with a touring choir and sang Ralph Vaughn Williams music for Williams’ widow, Ursula Vaughn Williams. She was two hours late for the performance because she was having tea with the Queen. They waited, of course.
