Kelsey Wilbon

Senior UI Designer

Kelsey is the senior user interface (UI) designer for U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID’s) Knowledge, Data, Learning, and Training (KDLT) project, currently working on the website redesign for Agrilinks.org. She also leads art direction for Agrilinks and ResililenceLinks social media and communications materials. In her previous projects, Kelsey worked on several visual and web design projects with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), the Defense Language and National Security Education Office’s (DLNSEO’s) CultureReady website and the U.S. Social Security Administration. She also provides Section 508 compliance guidance on multiple internal and external projects.

Originally from Washington, D.C., Kelsey holds a bachelor of Business Administration degree in design and management from Parsons School of Design. Before working at Bixal, she worked as the designer at a startup company and led the design for one of their largest clients. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys hiking, working out, cooking, spending time with her rescue dog, Piper, and visiting the beach during the warmer months.
