As Bixal’s vice president for measurement and impact, Kerry manages our monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) portfolio and leads Bixal’s data science and analytics practice, with a focus on supporting our federal partners in achieving their critical development goals.
Kerry was the founder and CEO of Clear Outcomes and has over 30 years of experience directing and evaluating international development projects worldwide, with a strong focus on monitoring, evaluation and learning and global health. She has designed programs in Ghana, Indonesia, Lesotho, eSwatini, Sri Lanka and Thailand. She has also overseen large monitoring and evaluation platform contracts in Ethiopia, Haiti, Lebanon and across Asia. Kerry holds a bachelor’s in international political science and Chinese language from Penn State University, a master’s in geography from the University of British Columbia, a master’s in public health from Johns Hopkins University and a doctorate in public health from the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Public Health. Kerry hails from Boise, Idaho, and volunteers on the board of the Society for International Development. In her downtime, she enjoys skiing, camping and hiking and, in 2016, she walked across Scotland.
