Through her work as senior digital strategist, Kimberly identifies emerging trends in technology and services, and works directly with our executive leadership team to identify and improve Bixal’s development process and to solidify our development practice areas. Kimberly is also working to develop a module to support project health by identifying key performance metrics to measure the success and health of each Bixal project at intervals throughout the project lifecycle. This module will provide better team support, identify issues before they arise and track areas for improvement.
Kimberly is from Annapolis, Md., and attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where she received a B.A. in English and Philosophy. She went on to earn a master's degree in English and Professional Writing from Georgetown University. Kimberly has spent her career driving UX design, content strategy and visual design solutions for Federal government clients. Before her work with the federal government, she spent 10 years working in the private sector as a director of user experience in the hospitality, retail, transportation and financial sectors. Away from work, Kimberly volunteers as a court-appointed special advocate for Maryland CASA, and does voluntary work in adult literacy and for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, as well as mentoring up-and-coming tech professionals.
