LeslieAnn “L.A.” Souders
LA is a product manager with Bixal currently working on the United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID’s) Program Cycle Mechanism (PCM) contract. Her personal mission is to make a difference in the world through technology.
LA has a B.A. in journalism with a business/liberal arts minor from The Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland University College. She is also a certified Scrum Master. LA grew up in Wells Tannery, Pa., and has more than 13 years of experience as a product manager and business systems analyst. She also has experience developing and communicating product vision and roadmaps, facilitating Agile environments and validating user needs and business value through human-centered design (HCD) discovery efforts. She brings a solid background in federal technology projects as well as financial services to her work and has facilitated the government Authority to Operate (ATO) process and offers knowledge of government security requirements, including a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) high-security assessment. LA’s hobbies include working out and football. Her favorite football teams are the Penn State Nittany Lions and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
