Nicole wears many hats at Bixal. She recently managed a project closeout that included multiple cross-functional team retrospectives. These retrospectives resulted in valuable insights and actions for process improvements. She currently provides program and project management and Scrum master support for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information System (PEO EIS), and the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) for the U.S. Department of Labor. Nicole will soon serve as an auditor for Bixal's internal QMS audit.
Nicole’s experience includes interdisciplinary studies with a focus on e-commerce as well as urban studies and planning. Originally from Portsmouth, Virginia, Nicole enjoys traveling, history, art, food and wine, container gardening and playing with her two cats, Daisy and Johnny. She volunteers for the United Service Organization (USO), Habitat for Humanity, Samaritan House, The Topaz Club, various church activities and supports The Wounded Warrior Project and the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Nicole sings classical choral music and musical theater songs, has a certification in dance-fitness instruction, loves spin class, enjoys hiking, has flown in various military aircraft as a Space-A passenger and has sat in the cockpit of Air Force One.
