Nina Goluskin

Service Designer

Nina works on Bixal’s Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) DataConnect project as well as companywide human-centered design (HCD) projects.

Before her position at Bixal, Nina was the lead user experience (UX) designer for a large government contractor, where she worked on technology modernization projects supporting veterans. She applied her UX and service design skills to her work on projects across various sectors, including healthcare and financial operations. She also taught an HCD course for a college extension certificate program. Nina received her bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies with a focus on psychology, design and entrepreneurial studies from the University of Central Florida (Orlando). Outside of work, Nina enjoys rock climbing, cooking, spending time with friends and family and exploring a new hobby, freediving. Nina lists traveling solo for three months in Lisbon, Portugal, and living in a small fishing village on the Peruvian coast for several months as her most adventurous experiences.
