Rondel is a Senior Designer currently working across several Bixal contracts, including the U.S. Social Security Administration, and the USAID Feed the Future Knowledge, Data, Learning, and training (KDLT) initiative. He is also involved with internal Bixal initiatives like designing company videos, company-branded products, and business development collateral.
Rondel is a Marlin Award-winning visual designer who worked for various commercial property and law companies before joining Bixal. He has a B.S. in Visual Communications from Andrews University and an A.S. in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Southern Caribbean in Saint Joseph, Trinidad and Tobago, where he was raised. He also holds a 508 Compliance Training certification. He volunteers for I am Cultured, a non-profit that encourages self-empowerment and an appreciation for cultural diversity. He also supports World Sight Day, a day of advocacy promoted by the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness. Away from work, Rondel enjoys photo shoots and playing basketball and various other sports as well as playing piano and videogames. He is an avid sneaker collector.
