Jennifer is a seasoned learning and development professional with more than 10 years of training experience. She currently serves as a training specialist for the Office of Justice Programs (OJP) supporting learning and development initiatives at the Department of Justice (DOJ). Prior to joining Bixal, Jennifer worked in the education, military, non-profit, and research sectors. In her various roles, Jennifer supported research ranging from early childhood initiatives through post-secondary and career readiness projects for the U.S. Department of Education. Throughout her career, she has been successful in applying blended instructional design techniques, facilitating interactive trainings, and conducting domestic and international research. Jennifer holds a master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Howard University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hampton University.
