Laura is a seasoned project manager and business development professional with more than 15 years of experience. She has managed large scale programs and diverse teams for companies such as Kaiser Permanente, Aquilent, Inc., and Booz Allen Hamilton. She also has served as a proposal manager and technical lead for numerous proposal responses from national and international funding sources. She has tracked funding opportunities and developed strategic plans, evaluation frameworks, and white papers to help organizations increase and diversify their funding streams. She has subject matter expertise in public health topics such as international development, women’s health, tobacco use policy, and patient education. Laura holds a master’s degree in public health from East Stroudsburg University and a master’s degree in international policy and practice from The George Washington University. She is also a certified project management professional (PMP).
