Rick is a creative and detail-oriented project manager with seven (7) years of experience designing, developing, and leading a broad range of digital projects and online marketing initiatives. Rick is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), where he uses his expertise to help stakeholders embrace agile development methodologies. He coordinates with development teams utilizing user-driven insights and team collaboration techniques to deliver products and solutions that meet and exceed client success criteria.
Before joining Bixal, Rick served as Client Success Lead at Gray Street Solutions (GSS), a boutique, creative digital agency, where he crafted and executed—from scratch—the client-facing brand strategy and systematized operational procedure for various digital projects and online marketing campaigns. Rick has also held multiple positions in digital communications and multimedia services for various companies ranging from small tech startups, to globally-recognized sports organizations, including ESPN, Monumental Sports & Entertainment, and D.C. United, making contributions in areas such as media production, content strategy, and public relations.
Rick holds two bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and Communications from the University of Kentucky and earned his Master of Professional Studies (MPS), Digital Marketing, from Georgetown University.
