With over 20 years of experience in design, Will heads up Bixal’s Creative and User Experience (UX) teams and serves as a strategic partner to Bixal leadership. Will’s focus is on uncovering ways that user-centered design can drive positive change, and make a real and meaningful impact on the lives of client stakeholders.
Before joining Bixal, Will introduced and led user-centered design for a $10 billion not-for-profit dedicated to bringing broadband to unserved and underserved communities. There he built teams and frameworks to support a new, user-centered way of developing stakeholder-facing digital products, and evangelized the value of design and UX across the organization. Will also worked in New York City leading UX for global brands like IBM, Vonage, Heineken, and GSK.
