General Overview

The SBA Enterprise Agile Delivery Services (EADS) BPA initiative allows the SBA to engage small business partners to support modernization efforts at the Agency. This multiple award vehicle streamlines the acquisition process and create a pool of qualified vendors for future task orders involving delivery of technology architecture, modernization of legacy applications, and movement to cloud solutions at high velocity. 

Contractor Capabilities

Bixal expands our support to SBA under this vehicle to deliver agile HCD solutions. Bixal's Scrum teams incorporate an Agile mindset and techniques to deliver services under EADS, including an iterative creation process to develop solutions, gather and incorporate user feedback on a continuous basis, and collaborate across a cross-functional team of product managers, developers, user experience designers, and data engineers. We incorporate an HCD approach to all we do to deliver solid value to our customers.
