Sarah is currently working on content strategy for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Knowledge, Data, Training, and Learning (KDLT) and DEVELOP projects.
Sarah is from Ulysses, Nebraska, and earned an M.A. in psychology with a concentration in human factors and applied cognition from George Mason University and a B.A. in philosophy and Spanish from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Prior to joining Bixal, she worked in communications, marketing and program administration at a professional association for psychology researchers and managed their award and grant programs. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys coffee, reading and writing, exercising, thrifting and spending time with her dog, Sassafras, and her partner, Arjun. She also has an affinity for folk artists, such as Gillian Welch and Emmylou Harris.
